    Ethics and Professionalism is a course designed by Whitney Lowe and Jan Schwartz expressly for Massage Envy.  The course is self-paced and interactive and was created for the purpose of creating safe ways to resolve ethical dilemmas using the Massage Envy Code of Ethics and the Policies and Procedures Manual. It was designed using real life examples of ethical situations which therapists are faced with everyday.  The primary purposes of the course are to help you, the therapist, maintain healthy relationships, know when dual roles exist and what to do about them (including dual roles created by social media), and to ensure the longevity of your career by knowing and following the policies and procedures of the company you work for.
