FAQ for Massage Envy Courses

Where do I register for my course? You register for your course at www.educationtrainingsolutions.com/me.  On the registration page is a drop down where you can choose your course.

Can I register for more than one course at a time? No, you need to register for one course at a time with the exception of the Therapeutic Application of Topical Analgesics: The Series.  By selecting this from the drop down you can register and pay for all 4 of those courses at the same time.

How do I pay for the course? After you register for the course by going to www.educationtraingsolutions.com/me you will be automatically directed to the payment page.

Where are the directions for enrolling in the course? You will receive an email after you have registered and paid for the course.  This email will give you all of the instructions for getting to the course site.

Where do I find the enrollment key? This key is found toward the bottom of the email you received after you registered and paid for the course.  You must have registered at www.educationtrainingsolutions.com/me in order to receive the enrollment key.

I never received an email after I registered and paid for the course. Check your spam or junk box for your email.  Sometimes form emails go to spam.  If you still can’t find it email us at jan@educationtrainingsolutions.com or call 888-689-4445.

If I don’t finish the course can I go back in later? Yes, you can go in and out of the course for 30 days after you’ve enrolled.  Everything you’ve done will be saved.

The site is not accepting my username or my password. User names and passwords are case sensitive.  Use all lower case letters.

I can’t remember where I left off the last time I was in the course. You need to keep track of that for yourself.  Keep a note where you ended your session so that when you go back you can pick up where you left off.

How do I get my certificate? For the Ethics and Professionalism course: after you have completed the course you will go to the final Module, complete the evaluation form, attest to the fact you have completed the course and then click on Retrieve Your Certificate.  It is the last item in the final Module.  For all other courses you certificate is tied to your quiz score.  If you achieve a 70% you can generate your certificate.  If you don’t achieve 70% you can review the course material and retake the quiz.
