NEW! Basics of Research Literacy (Click here to register)
In order to build evidence-based practices, massage therapists and bodyworkers must be able to access, evaluate and use research results in real life. Participants will learn the basics of research literacy: what research is, how to do a literature search and critically review current literature, and how to evaluate the findings in research studies based on the evidence presented. Participants will also learn the effective use of online research skills, including the use of search engines and how to access and use the relevant data bases. This is an interactive, online, self-paced course with no time limit for completion.
This course was created pro bono by Education and Training Solutions as a fund raiser for the Massage Therapy Foundation and 65% of the proceeds will go back to the Foundation.
You will receive 6 hours of approved NCBTMB continuing education when you complete the course.

The mission of The World Skin Project is to reduce the occurrence of skin cancer through the promotion of early detection, prevention and awareness. This course will promote skin cancer awareness with a focus on education for massage therapists, massage therapy students and other bodywork professionals including educators and academic directors. It will also help the practitioner recognize abnormal moles and then show them how to talk to clients about them.
This is a 4 hour NCBTMB approved course. The cost is $48 and 65% of that fee will be donated back to The World Skin Project by Education and Training Solutions.

This fully online course is designed to familiarize people with best practice techniques and strategies for teaching and learning online. We will also cover education philosophy and teaching/learning theories. The course is 4 weeks in duration (about 5 hours per week) and you are welcome to work at your own speed within the parameters set at the beginning of each week. The cost is $65 and you will receive a certificate of completion at its conclusion. Please note that the course site is open but you will only be able to view the introduction. We will send you an email a day or two before we open the first week of the course. So please, log in, take a look around and we’ll see you online soon!

Basic Dog Obedience Training with Sharon Bachman
Sharon is a popular and accomplished dog trainer and showperson. She has taught dog obedience for 20 years. In this fully online basic obedience course, Sharon takes participants through the essential elements of basic dog psychology, dog care, and training commands including the sit, stay, heel, and recall using video instruction. Participants view the training videos for each week, practice with their dogs, and report back to Sharon and their peers in the online classroom.
